This website is to advertise holidays offered by ‘Surf House Morocco’ the Registered Moroccan Limited Company offering package holidays in Morocco. Package holidays include accommodation, meals, surfing, yoga, transportation and other activities and day trips in Morocco.
‘Surf Star Morocco’ is the trading name for ‘Surf House Morocco’. ‘Surf House Morocco’ owns the name and brand ‘Surf Star Morocco’ world wide as registered in Morocco.
The ‘customer’, ‘you’, ‘guest’ or ‘guests’ applies to the person or persons who will or have already booked any services provided by ‘Surf House Morocco’ SARL.

Surf House Morocco SARL aims to provide you with a safe and enjoyable surfing experience. Surf House Morocco SARL will do our best to make sure that you are aware of any potential hazards both in and out of the water, when surfing or joining any activity arrange by us or at our accommodation. By paying your first payment as requested through this website or email system or, confirming that you will be attending a holiday at Surf House Morocco you acknowledge and agree that you except full responsibility for your own health and safety.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISK AND DECLARATION
By confirming my attendance at Surf House Morocco (AKA Surf Star Morocco) I, the guest, understands that surfing and any other related activities that I take part in with Surf House Morocco carry an inherent risk of bodily injury and I agree to the following:
- The guest agree that Surf House Morocco, its owner, travel agents, owner of this website, owner of other websites advertising our holidays, all employees shall not be liable for any personal injuries, sickness, death or loss of/ damage to personal items or equipment.
- The guest agree to pay for the replacement or repair costs of any equipment or items owned by Surf House Morocco, or its partners which I have broken or damaged.
- The guest agrees that photos taken of me maybe used for promotional purposes in any place anywhere in the world at any time.
- The guest agree that I have read and understood all these full terms and conditions here and when signing terms and conditions upon arrival at Surf House Morocco.
Insurance
The guest agrees that they are in good health and fit for surfing, yoga and all other activities organised by Surf House Morocco. If there are any medical situations, allergies or any other elements which may affect the surfing ability of the guest, the guest MUST tell Surf House Morocco before arrival or as soon as they arrive at Surf House Morocco.
Although we will do our best to take care of you when with SurfHouse Morocco, Guests are responsible for taking care of their own health and it is highly recommended that guests purchase Comprehensive Travel Insurance for the entire period of their stay in Morocco including the sport of Surfing.
Guests agree that they must listen carefully to the instruction of the surf and yoga coaches at all times. This is for the safety of the guest and other people. We will give you advice to avoid injury but guests also accept that accidents happen when surfing and that Surf House Morocco is not responsible in any way for any injury, death or loss or damages of belongings.
It is the guests’ responsibility to avoid sunstroke by drinking plenty of bottled water (not tap water), and wearing sun-cream, hats and sunglasses as needed for the guest. It is not advised to drink tap water in Morocco. Accommodation for Surf House Morocco is held at the Surf House Morocco a registered Moroccan Company.
Refunds Policy
Although Surf House Morocco will do their best to take guests to the best places to surf, we are not at all responsible for surfing conditions or weather so can not guarantee excellent surf experiences although we will try our best. In the rare event that there are unsuitable surfing conditions for example a flat day, rain or wind; the customer is not owed a refund for Surfing, Yoga or any other activities provided or organised by Surf House Morocco. We will however provide alternative activities such as showing surf videos, or providing a cultural excursion such as for example visiting the Agadir Souk Markets. We will do our ebst to keep guests happy, healthy and safe.
Surf House Morocco cannot offer refunds should guests or staff members become ill but we promise to do the best we can to offer the guest alternative activities or instructors of a similar standard to the Surf House Morocco team.
If a guest acts in an irresponsible/unkind/violent way towards equipment, accommodation or persons, Surf House Morocco have the right to ask them to leave immediately without a refund. In this event, it is the decision of Surf House Morocco if a refund may be given or not. Should a guest create difficulty/unkindness to another guest or staff member, Surf House Morocco have the right to immediately ask the accused person to leave without a refund. If a person brakes equipment or items belongings owned by Surf House Morocco or their partners, the guest will pay the full amount of a replacement or repair.
Changes to Bookings
Should a guest wish to change their travel plans, dates, times, activities booked or packages at any time, it is at the discretion of Surf House Morocco whether or not the change is acceptable and whether a change in payment is also acceptable. If a booking has been confirmed by Surf House Morocco, the payment in full is then due immediately on arrival to Surf House Morocco.
Surf House Morocco has the right to change your accommodation at any time or for the duration of your stay. This will be of equal standard or higher, chosen by Surf House Morocco as suitable accommodation. Surf House Morocco will try our best to inform you of any changes to your accommodation prior to your arrival, however we do not need to.
Surf House Morocco packages cannot be shared by more than the number of persons booked.
If there is a change in currency exchange rates between the time of booking and the time of payment on arrival to Surf House Morocco, we have the right to increase the payment amount aligning to the local bank exchange rates in Morocco.
Lost, Stolen and or Broken Belongings, Accommodation items or Equipment
Guests agree that it is their responsibility and not Surf House Morocco’s, to take care of their valuables at all times. Surf House Morocco accepts no responsibility for belongings of guests if, in the unlikely event that they are broken or stolen. We recommend that you take care of your valuables at all times and do not advertise them in public places.
If a surfboard/wetsuit or item which belongs to Surf House Morocco is broken by a guest, it is at the discretion of Surf House Morocco whether or not the guest should pay for the repair or replacement of the item. Surf House Morocco will assist in showing guests how to care for the equipment. Guests should take excellent care of the equipment of Surf House Morocco.
Any activities, meals or accommodation booked with Surf House Morocco must be paid for on arrival.
Guest Safety Recommendations
Morocco can be a dangerous place to travel to if you are not careful. Surf House Morocco does not recommend guests walking alone at night. Surf House Morocco also does not recommend walking in the day or night in deserted areas where not many people are. We recommend you do not advise your valuables. Surf House Morocco recommends ensuring you have sent us detailed arrival flight details including the flight number to ensure your driver collects you on time and safely and that you are able to contact us in case a change is made last minute for example if you’re bus is late or your flight is delayed. Not outside guests not booked at Surf House Morocco are allowed to stay or come to Surf House Morocco without Surf House Morocco management agreement first.
